I found a cauldron

I actually found a cauldron after leaving the pub moot last week. I was walking home when I spotted it sitting next to some rubbish someone had left out for the binmen. So I picked it up and took it home. It looked as though it was just sitting there waiting for me to find it.

It's heavy black cast iron, with a handle and a flat bottom. On the base it says it holds 6 quarts. I've cleaned it up and it looks good. I need to get some black metal paint as there is a spot inside it which has had the paint flake off but once it is painted it will be good as new.

That's pretty good going. I saw the car that I now finally own on my way home from the pub one night, however I had to go back and check it was still there the next day when I'd sobered up.
