Big cat sighting

rhionnachA policeman has managed to take a video of what appears to be a panther-sized big cat in Helensburgh. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/glasgow_and_west/8172064.stm There have been reports of big cat sightings in many parts of the country over the years but this video enables the size of the railway line to be used to measure the cat against.
This does make me wonder about the time a group of us were having a ritual, at Samhain I believe, on Camphill. I had just finished toasting the Goddess Freya with the mead horn when we all saw a very large black cat run past. We assumed it had something to do with Freya but perhaps it was one of these cats.
Of course, that doesn't explain the time the bottle of mead tipped up through the vertical before glugging out onto the grass as we were saying something about offering mead to the gods! This being one of Moniack's square bottles which had been securely laid against a rock after pouring some into a chalice.
