A slight wardrobe malfunction

I had completely forgotten, or overlooked, the fact that I had been invited to a “hen night” tonight for one of the women in the office. It wasn't until she asked me at lunchtime if I was going that I realised it was on tonight. However, I have a problem.
I have no girly clothes!
I might have had girly clothes once upon a time but that was a very long time ago. I have spent years in t shirts, sweatshirts, rugby shirts and the like. I haven't gone anywhere that required girly clothes of the sort expected for a hen night. I have a black crushed velvet top for mid-winter type revels but I haven't bought anything girly as it's never been something that occurred to me as something I needed.
I don't even have appropriate footwear. Not that I would be wearing heels as that is something I gave up wearing years ago, preferring trainers and the like. I really am a disaster area as a girly girl!
I don't actually know where to start. If I was to go out clothes shopping I would be likely to buy more comfortable clothing and shoes as I really have no idea what suits me.
I do have recently bought make-up, but that it only because I bought it to make myself up as a Vulcan! See? I am a hopeless case.
I'm not sure what to do. I think I won't be going out tonight. I may need to do something about getting suitable clothing but I feel I can't really justify it. I seem to have misplaced my girly side somewhere along the way.
