Cineworld does it again!

I posted this post http://rhionnach.livejournal.com/248305.html last month talking about the confusion Cineworld had managed to create with my Unlimited card. After recieving the third card I thought all had been sorted.
How wrong I was.
On Saturday I received a letter which said that on presentation of it I would be allowed temporary entrance to the cinema until I received a new card. I thought this was bit odd so I called them to find out what this was about. I thought it might refer to last month's confusion but as it was dated 14th April I didn't think so. As I was explaining the situation to the person at the other end I spotted what had happened. Someone in Cineworld has changed my flat number yet again, back to the wrong one, and this has triggered off another card, which is currently in transit.
FFS! I filled in my details on the bloody form online in the bloody foyer! I should think I am perfectly capable of knowing where I live and filling in the correct flat number! Why the hell is Cineworld "correcting" it when it doesn't need correcting???????
They have now changed my flat number yet again, back to the correct one, the one I put on the original form. This, however, has generated yet another bloody card!
I asked them why this has happened and they were at a loss to explain it. They told me that someone must know my "security details", which, as this consists of my name, address and DOB, isn't particularly secure. I, however, have an idea. I think my account has been used to train someone on how to make address corrections and order new cards and it has escaped onto the live system. Naturally enough, they denied this.
I think I will compose a letter of complaint. It's getting far too close to Star Trek coming out for me to suddenly discover my card doesn't work!
