Eastercon

I've arrived after a trouble-free train journey. I'm currently sitting typing this in my room before heading off to mingle. However, on the way here I was told that my mother is being taken into hospital so that they can put her onto an intravenous steroid drip which will hopefully tackle the problems she'd been having with her Crohn's flaring up of late. Yes, I am concerned, but I think it's the best thing for her as she is very weak at the moment. Hopefully this will sort things out as the medication has not been enough to tackle it.

And so, on to the con. I plan to go to the Tun tonight, along with anyone else I can rustle up. I also need to check what Ops shifts I am on.
