While out and about on the net I found a Wikipedia article about Creamola Foam. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creamola_Foam

Creamola Foam, as anyone in Scotland will tell you, was a fruit-flavoured powder which when added to water, produced a soft fizzy drink. Production ceased eventually, and the recipe was apparently lost. There have been tales of a mythical unopened can of the stuff being found which is undergoing analysis to recreate the recipe. The Wikipedia article claims it was found in Cuba and I have to wonder how that came about?

Until they reproduce Creamola Foam the next best thing I have found is to mix some blackcurrant cordial with Red Bull. This seems to reproduce the flavour as best as possible. It's also the only way I can drink Red Bull as I find it totally disgusting.
