I have a new job!
It's something I have been looking for for some time as conditions at my current place are rapidly going downhill. In fact, I have never worked somewhere where it seems as though almost everyone is trying to leave! People are leaving every week but the management don't appear to want to do anything about it other than look for new (and gullible) starts.
This new job will involve a slightly longer train journey, all the better to catch up on my reading! It has a better basic and a better (and uncapped) bonus. It also has potential to develop further, which is more than can be said for my current place.
I start in the New Year and I'm looking forward to it.
