I understand the PF does not wish to comment on this situation and seems to be discouraging its members from doing so. This seems to be due to the complaints procedure they have in place, a procedure I was unaware of until 2 days after I wrote my Livejournal. I wonder why I wasn't informed of this procedure in the first place? Was I not expected to air my grievances? Was I expected to accept this unfair and untrue decision quietly? We will never know as they aren't likely to tell us - it's "confidential". (but they were happy enough to accept my membership money all this time)
