Glasgow Pagan stuff

I had a very pleasant night out last night at the Glasgow Pagans social moot. I didn't get home until some time after 1.00am. We talked about many things and had a good laugh at some of the insults on http://www.curufea.com/hero/doku.php?id=resources:latin_insults which I found on my phone by accident when I was actually looking for http://www.laptopsandpcs.co.uk/ Another social moot is planned for March 28th.

A problem arose with the venue for the Equinox Moot but that seems to have been sorted out. Now the next issue to tackle is the Glasgow moots Yahoo group. The current Glasgow list is limping along (as is Yggdrasil) as the list owner refuses to hand over the list to people who are active in the Glasgow moots while he is taking nothing to do with any of the moots. This continuing obstructiveness also means that an out of date moots website is still out there giving wrong information.

Apart from the list owner there is only one other moderator on the group and she is quite busy with other things. We have discussed the possiblity of reinstating me as a moderator along with others who are involved in the moots. But certain features, such as creating additional moderators, seem to be a function that only the list owner can do. I'm not a moderator because the list owner expressed the irrational fear that I would delete the moots lists when we split up. He removed me from being a moderator of these lists and then put me on moderation when I complained. Deleting the lists was furthest from my mind. What happened between the two of us should have remained between the two of us. In any case, his actions have been far more damaging to the moots lists.

He has been seen by many Glasgow Pagans in wifi spots with a laptop, so fixing the group lists and the website is not something outwith his capability. All of this petty and childish behaviour can only be construed as a case of throwing his toys out of the pram when he didn't get things to go his way.

I wonder what his gods think of all this dishonourable behaviour? (assuming he still has gods, and I'm not sure about that)
