THe other list isn't quite defunct, it's still being used but not fully as the people who are interested in the moots don't have full use of it. He's been asked repeatedly to do something about it but he keeps refusing, or saying daft things, so we (a group of about 6, not just me) are having one more try to get it sorted. I do not know why he is being so difficult.
