Up the hill

Back at work now after a long weekend. It was quiet one but yesterday we went a walk up the hill and the rocks have been moved around yet again! I'm not talking about wee rocks you'd put in a rock garden but great boulders at least the size of coffee tables! Two of the big ones always stay put and the one that we tend to use as an altar but all the others are subject to change but with no tracks left in the ground to show they have been moved. Well, things do happen on that hill and that's just part of it.

The sun was out and so were the rabbits and squirrels. We saw two crows fly across the circle while we were there. And I realised we have Oak and Ash and (Haw)Thorn within the earthwork ring!
