A good night's sleep
I slept really soundly last night, the benefit of a day out at the seaside. It's a great pity I can't do that every day. I slept right through the night, and for once wasn't wakened by indigestion even although I'd had ice cream at Nardini's and dairy doesn't agree with me.
It's a pity it's Monday and I have to go to work. However, today also marks the start of changes within my job so I'll see how they work out. Hopefully for the better.
