My sick sense of humour

An incident involving a man having an unfortunate interaction with a gyrocopter has been widely reported in the press. The man was a hunt supporter and it is believed the gyrocopter was being flown by anti-hunt supporters.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/4968610/Hunt-supporter-killed-by-gyrocopter-after-confronting-animal-rights-activists.html

It would seem he managed to walk into the rotors and was decapitated. My sick sense of humour kicked in when I read the following:

Stephen Lambert, chairman of the Council of Hunting Associations, said now is not the time for further conflict. He said: "We would like everyone to keep a cool head out of respect for Trevor's family."

I had to laugh. Tell me it's not just me!

It has to be the Pagans!

Someone has been targetting a church in Grantown with nasty notes and rabbit parts being left on the doorstep. And who is it who gets the blame? The Pagans of course!

No evidence but the church deacon has jumped to the conclusion that it has to be the Pagans wot dunnit. However, in this week's paper he is taken to task over it, and he has now declined to comment.

Pagans are not known for their targeting of the meeting places of other religions. We don't hang about outside waiting to pounce on attendees to tell them the error of their ways, unlike some groups who shall remain nameless.
