I've been reading the rather bizarre story of how the Catholic youth visiting Glastonbury attacked the local Pagans, throwing salt at them and telling them they would burn in Hell.

The local RC priest has apologised but it would appear that Youth 2000 are unrepentant, judging by their non-apology on their website. However, it would appear that they will not be running any more of these events in Glastonbury.

For a local Pagan's perspective take a look at [livejournal.com profile] mevennen The events appear to be worse than were reported in the press.
